Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift - need a really good walkthrough?

I am completely new to this game and have no idea what jobs are best for each character. I know it sounds boring but I would like a guide that tells you exactly what to do every step of the way - including what jobs to ign each character, which characters to use at each battle.
