Runescape range help?

hello everyone. first of all i want to say thank you for your help. i am currently lvl 60 range in runescape and im in a lot of confusion. i have a str of 70, att of 62, and def of 62, and my armor is set but i am 100% confused on what bow/crossbow to get. i was thinking of getting a dark bow, so im currently using it and i dont like it was much as i thought it would because it is very slow. i am wondering if an adamant crossbow would damage more in a short amount of time but at the same time i have no idea what to do. plz whatever help u could give would be appreciated. plz message at my lvl, what range weapon would be best, and with a range lvl 60, what its make damage would be. by the way i have red d hide vambraces, chestpiece, and legs, archer helm, and ammy of glory. ty again!!!! plz leave your best reccomendations. im really leaning torwards a good crossbow
