Why do people frequently tell me im good looking? Im confused...

That is quite weird. The only thing I can think of is, if you are a buff guy, a lot of the more attractive girls may just think you're a meathead with no substance. And, the girls you think are less attractive may not care about that at all. If they say you're buff, are you wearing super tight shirts or sleeveless tee's. A lot of girls actually hate that stuff that shows off guys arms.
